Die Abteilung für Rechtsprechung des Patentamts hat den „Bericht der Arbeitsgruppe für Rechtsprechungspraxis 2018“ veröffentlicht.

Kenbun Sugiura, der leitende Patentanwalt unserer Kanzlei, war als Mitglied der Arbeitsgruppe an der Ausarbeitung des Abschnitts zum Geschmacksmusterrecht (Fallbeispiele 9, S. 104–113) des Berichts der Arbeitsgruppe für Praxis in der Patentgerichtbarkeit 2018 beteiligt.

Zu den weiteren Mitgliedern der Arbeitsgruppe gehörten Vertreter von Unternehmensabteilungen für geistiges Eigentum, Patentanwälte, Rechtsanwälte, Richter, Richter am Patentgericht sowie Prüfer.

Der Bericht ist das Ergebnis der gemeinsamen Beratungen dieser Personen.
