Accurate Understanding of Technical Details: To accurately understand
the details of your inventions and technologies, we ask that you bring drawings, photographs, and product samples to our office. This allows us to propose a more concrete and optimal intellectual property strategy.
On-site Visits:
Upon request, our patent attorneys will visit your company directly to inspect your actual manufacturing facilities and products. Through on-site consultations, we provide practical, hands-on advice.

- To ensure the consultation proceeds smoothly, please prepare any relevant documents regarding your case as much as possible before the consultation date. Details regarding the required documents are listed in “Documents to Prepare for the Consultation.”

03 Explanation of Patent Attorney Fees
- Based on the details you provide, we will provide you with an estimate and an overview of the costs. We are also happy to discuss payment options with you.
- Patent attorney fees may vary depending on the case, but we will explain them to you in detail.

04 Commencing Work on a Case
We will now begin working on your case. We will proceed with preparing applications, conducting research, and preparing expert opinions. Once we begin working on your case, additional materials may be required, so please be prepared to provide them.
Regarding power of attorney documents, due to the impact of COVID-19 in recent years, seals are generally no longer required; therefore, they are not necessary except for specific cases.

05 Update
- We are pleased to inform you that the application and search procedures have been completed. We will send you the report via email, postal mail, or chat.
- An invoice is attached to the report so that you can confirm the costs incurred in advance.

06 Invoicing
- We will issue an invoice. Please make payment by the due date.
- As a general rule, invoices are issued at the end of the month and are due by the end of the following month. Please transfer the payment to the bank account designated by our office by the due date.
